Traditional Matcha

1. Add 1 teaspoon (2 g) of Matcha into a bowl or cup (optional but recommended).
2. Add 60–80 mL of hot water (around 75–80°C).
3. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
4. Enjoy as is or top up with more hot water if preferred.

Matcha Latte

1. Mix 1 teaspoon (2 g) of Matcha with a small amount of hot water until smooth.
2. Add 200 mL of warm milk or your favourite plant-based milk.
3. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
